Homeowner Gas Safety Certificate & Basic Boiler Service 12am – 8am: £250 per hour **
Basic Boiler service (only)

A standard service to keep your boiler in good working condition and extend its lifespan. Includes:

  • Visual inspection of the boiler and its components.
  • Gas pressure and flow checks.
  • Flue and combustion test for safety.
  • Checking controls and system efficiency.
  • Cleaning of essential parts as necessary. i.e. expansion vessel recharge

Premium Boiler Service (ONLY)

A comprehensive check and maintenance service to ensure your boiler is operating efficiently and safely. Includes:

  • Full inspection of all boiler components.
  • Cleaning of key parts, including the heat exchanger and burner, and changing seal, if necessary, by the manufacturer
  • Performance and efficiency tests.
  • Gas pressure and flow checks.
  • Identification of any potential issues.
  • Bleeding radiators
  • Cleaning magnet filter
  • Flue and combustion test for safety.
  • Checking controls and system efficiency.
  • quote accordingly if any parts or repairs required

Homeowner/Landlord Gas Safety Certificates & Basic Boiler Service

A combined service designed to meet legal requirements for landlords while ensuring the boiler is serviced for optimal performance. Includes:

  • Gas safety checks for all gas appliances in the property.
  • Issuance of a Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (CP12).
  • Visual inspection of the boiler and its components.
  • Cleaning of essential parts as necessary. i.e. expansion vessel recharge
  • Gas pressure and flow checks.
  • Flue and combustion test for safety.
  • Checking controls and system efficiency.

Full inspection of all boiler components.
